Australian Government’s Indigenous Languages and Arts Program
Applications are closing soon for the Indigenous Languages and Arts Program (Projects) stream. Funding of $100,000 is available per project per year to organisations that develop, produce, present, exhibit or perform Indigenous arts projects that showcase Australia’s traditional and contemporary Indigenous artistic and cultural expressions. Applications close 17 July 2015.
Queensland Government – Queensland Indigenous Land and Sea Grant program
The latest round of the Queensland Indigenous Land and Sea Grant program is now open. Applications are invited from Indigenous communities for grants up to $100,000 to support projects that build their capacity to conserve environmental and cultural resources. Applications close 28 August 2015.
Access Arts Achievement Award
The Achievement Award of up to $10,000 is open to Queensland artists, producers or artsworkers with disability. Applications close midnight on Monday 3 August 2015. To help artists present a winning case, Access Arts are holding grant writing workshops at Access Arts in Teneriffe so sign up now to be in with a chance of winning up to $10,000 for your arts project. The sessions will be held Tuesday 14 July 1:00pm – 3:00pm and Tuesday 21 July 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
Copyright Agency’s Career Fund
The Copyright Agency’s Career Fund supports individuals working in the publishing and visual arts sectors to develop skills and enhance their careers. Individual grants of up to $5,000 are offered for learning and professional development opportunities.
