Growing Gigs Fund recipients

Successful recipients of the Growing Gigs Fund are:  

  • Ratpack & Co Pty Ltd - $10,000 for Indie Live Music at Tomcat Bar engaging notable Queensland indie bands to play gigs at the Tomcat Bar. 
  • The Cave Inn - $10,000 for Supporting QLD Diversity 2025 to continue supporting diverse, emerging and established Queensland artists of all music genres in 2025.
  • Sol Bar Live Pty Ltd - $7,460 for Generation Alpha holding four band events which give emerging artists of various ages, genders and abilities the opportunity to perform alongside a well-established headliner in a small venue setting.  
  • Mo's Desert Clubhouse Pty Ltd - $10,000 for Death Valley Heavy Series to host a four-part event series of niche heavy genres with a focus on metal, punk and rock.
  • Elsewhere Pty Ltd - $10,000 for GIGATHON!! to showcase Queensland’s original live music artists via a series of bookings that connects with both Elsewhere's established live music audience and new people to the genre.
  • Ipswich City Council - $10,000 for Mixtape Sessions to curate nights at Studio 188 which feature Queensland independent artists and producers to perform one-off, uniquely styled gigs especially for Ipswich audiences, featuring a local support act.
